Great experience with this dealership. Was kept in contact with every step of the way. I work nights so conversing through email was important to help answer all my questions before I took the time to actually visit in person. I was buying a used Ram 1500 but was treated the same as if I were buying that $200000 Audi on the showroom floor. Impressive!

Audi Greenville is a top notch organization. Anybody who is in the market for an Audi, new or used, should absolutely give Audi Greenville their business. I recently purchased a new vehicle from Dennis, and his attention to detail and service far exceeded my expectations. He even stayed late to ensure I was taken care of, as well as Curt and Don. They have a phenomenal staff who makes you feel welcomed and ensures all of your needs are taken care of. I truly can’t say enough good things about Audi Greenville! I used to work in an Audi store, and I look forward to working with them in the future!

This is my 3rd Audi purchase but my experience at Audi Greenville was by far the best!!! Kevin is SO knowledgeable on Audis and was able to answer every question I had! It was actually impressive. He helped me pick the right car, get the best price, trade in my current Audi, understand all the features of the new Q7 and even helped me set up all my personal features in my car and on my phone with the Audi app, Bluetooth, etc. He also answered anything I needed a couple days after the sale as I was still figuring out the car and the updated system. Also shoutout to Gabe in the finance office. Buying a new car is exciting but also very expensive but he made the whole payment part super easy, efficient and he’s super funny so that helped as well haha. Thank you, Kevin and the rest of the Audi GVL team! I absolutely love my new Q7. And the dogs do too :) It’s perfect!

The dealership was very helpful and in finding a decent vehicle that fits my individual need with what I can afford. It is a Christian based location and the employee were all willing to help me. They were patient and aren't the kind of place who try's to get over on anyone. They helped me with coverage and warranty. I'd like to make a shout out to Erick who certainly works there. This has helped my credit improve already and it's only been 3 months which I am so grateful for... They also helped me with affordable monthly payments based of my hourly wages and by weekly pay... Then when you think you'll spend over for vehicle service, you don't. They provide Uber as well if you don't have a ride while your car is taken care of... They will guide you every step of the way and throw every process. They will even help you with being approved 😀!!! I have never worked there and I've never bought a car from a dealership before. I've always paid in full for my used vehicle because I didn't want debit worries. So this is my personal experience and I am grateful 🥲🙏!!! After the purchase Sergio walked with us to our new vehicle and showed us how to use the different features of the car.
