The Audi A5 comes with a choice of just one engine: a turbocharged 4-cylinder that pumps out 211 HP and a powerful 258 lb-ft of torque. All-wheel-drive comes standard to add traction and control for the driver. With all-wheel-drive, the automatic receives 21 mpg city/29 mpg highway/24 mpg combined and the manual 21/31/25. The Cabriolet gets 22/30/25 with front wheel drive. In the 2011 A5, Audi refined the steering control to be even smoother and more responsive than past models.
Both coupe and cabriolet can come in Premium, Premium Plus, or Prestige trims. The Premium trim adds 18-inch wheels, cruise control, foglights, 8-way power front seats, leather upholstery, dash-mounted MMI (Multi Media Interface) control, and 10-speaker sound system with CD player, satellite radio, and auxiliary audi input.
