That's why we offer our convenient Pickup and Delivery Service — we'll come pick your vehicle up for service and return it to you once service is finished. We'll also give you a courtesy loaner car to use while you wait.
Now Available to Audi Greenville Customers Within a 50-Mile Driving Distance
Our team is committed to providing quality service to our customers, which includes our Valet Concierge. Scheduling service is easy. Just call or email us, mention the Pickup and Delivery Service, your salesperson’s name and what service you need, and we will advise you of available days and times — then we’ll take care of the rest.*
Requirements for our Valet Concierge:
- Pickup and delivery is available within a 50-mile radius of Audi Greenville.
- Driver of the courtesy loaner car must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license, insurance and a credit card.
- Pickup and Delivery Service must be scheduled a minimum of two business days in advance (based on our availability).
Once your car is here, we will:
- Service your vehicle while you enjoy the convenience of our courtesy loaner car.
- Provide an inspection report or video via text message or email.
- Offer easy payment options — pay over the phone or link via text message or email.
- Hand wash and dry your vehicle.
- Return your car to the same address that we picked it up from (usually the same day).
